As Sandy Bay is only minutes away from Wrest Point Casino, Salamanca, and The Waterfront, you will not have to travel far to enjoy this beautiful city. The space - an open-plan living room, glazed with large windows; - living room equipped with a 2 seater sofa bed (double), a smart LCD TV (has Netflix, YouTube), a timber dinning table with 3 chairs, - electric heating in both living room and the main bedroom; - living room has a separate powder room & toilet - a small bar connecting the living room, for making a cup of tea and coffee. - the small bar has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, dinnerware, and glassware (inc wine glasses) - this home does not have a kitchen so it has NO stove, or cooktop); - 5 minute walk to Woolworths, Coles and Sandy Bay Shopping strip (eg bars/restaurants) - Main bedroom has an ensuite with one Queen bed, and two single beds (one slide out, one on top); - all beds are fitted with clean bed sheets, blankets, heated blankets, and bedside lamps; - My guests are welcome to use my clean bathroom where guests can enjoy a good hot shower. - bathroom has fresh towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and hair dryer - the bathroom has a washer and tumble vented dryer; - detergents, an iron, and an ironing board can be found in the wardrobe space; In summary, my home contains: - 1 bedroom and 1 living room sleeping up to 5 guests - a free guest parking spot; - one queen bed, one double sofa bed, two single beds - Fast and unlimited Wifi - Laundry amenities - office desk and chair - Private covered patio - few minutes to shops, restaurants and the CBD Guest access Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. Other things to note There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
