Two-bedroom holiday home in Sani’s pine forest. Both bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans, there is a cosy lounge with flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious veranda overlooking the forest and garden. The nearest beach is ideal for families and can be accessed on foot or by car (750m), while shops and restaurants are less than a 10 min drive away. Free parking available. The space The house is part of a family owned 4-house complex within a large garden surrounded by pine trees. It has its own entrance, as well as direct access to the garden. There is free on site parking and guests are invited to make the most of the garden and surrounding areas. Sani's sandy beaches have warm, shallow turquoise waters, ideal for families with kids. If you’re a fan of sports or love nature, you’ll find the area ideal for long walks, bird watching and running, with water sports also available in nearby beaches. Inside the house: The house is ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends, including your four-legged furry pals. There are two double bedrooms with A/C and ceiling fans, a cosy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, as well as a furnished veranda leading to the garden. Windows and doors are fitted with insect mesh to keep unwanted visitors away. Household equipment: Kitchen appliances include electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pans and pots, cutlery, and dishes. Should you wish to prepare a meal or beverage, you’ll find complimentary spices and condiments, as well as a selection of coffees and teas to accompany your breakfast. In the house you will also find a flat screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. Guest access Guests have unrestricted access to the garden and are welcome to use the hammocks, sunbeds and other garden furniture at all times. Other things to note We kindly ask that you respect the property and are mindful of neighbours and other residents, especially during quiet hours (15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00).
