With one bedroom, this spacious apartment offers central air conditioning, fiber optic Wi-Fi, a community pool, a private parking space, and a stunning terrace with ocean views, where you can relax at any time of the day and give your dog more freedom ;) The space The accommodation is located on the second floor of the Panorama building, distributed on one level. At the entrance you will find a kitchen, then a full bathroom, a bedroom with a 150cm double bed, then in the spacious living room, with a dining table and 50-inch smart TV, you can access the magnificent 40 square meter terrace, with sun all day. In the same building, you will have access to a private parking space and a community pool surrounded by gardens, where you can take the two folding sun loungers available in the accommodation. You'll also find 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Guest access Both the gardens and the pool are communal, so they will be shared with other neighbors and guests of the development, so we ask for absolute respect for the neighbors, avoiding noise and the use of heels in the accommodation, please remove them at the entrance to the apartment. Other things to note - Only one dog under 10 kg will be allowed at an additional cost of €6/night, to be paid on the day of arrival. - We can offer a travel crib, bathtub and high chair, upon request, for a cost of €6/day - Please do not wear heels inside the apartment, remove them at the entrance so as not to disturb the neighbors on the lower floor. - As it is located next to the highway, on the terrace you will have noise from the road, but not inside the accommodation, so it is important that you take this into account before booking this accommodation. - We offer transportation service to and from the airport at a cost upon request. Please ask us. - We also offer a “Full Fridge” service before your arrival, with up to 20 items for €30, in addition to the cost of the purchase. - If you would like housekeeping during your stay, please let us know well in advance to arrange it, especially during high season.
