This privately owned Studio apartment is in newly built apart hotel Casa Al Mare located on Bečići beach. Studio is perfect for two lovers, two friends or family members, as well it is great choice for solo travelers and digital nomads (fast fiber optic internet). The space What can you expect: - comfy king size bed, - beachfront location, - balcony overlooking mountains, - air-condition, - private bathroom with shower, - outdoor shared pool (during summer), - kitchenette, - free Internet, - 140cm LED TV in 4K resolution, - washing machine, - safe deposit box, - Studio size is 26 square meters. Other things to note *There is a construction site nearby, which will be active starting October 1st. Any possible noise is beyond our control. *By law, guests are required to pay a city tax. The tax is NOT included in the price of accommodation and needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. City tax is 1 EUR per person per night of stay. *This accommodation is privately owned and not associated with management of apart hotel Casa Al Mare. *Cleaning is NOT included in the daily price of accommodation. The guests themselves take care of the cleanliness of the apartment. Everything necessary for cleaning is available (mop, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products) in the apartment. *We do not provide parking. There is a free street parking in front of the building, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Paid parking is available in select parking lots and garage. *Pool is closed from September 18th until June 1st. *Published listing contains a mix of pictures of two Studios. Both Studios are located on the same floor and everything is the same. As can be seen, the only difference is furniture location (opposite walls).
