Welcome to our 1924 Craftsman Bungalow! Marrying Prairie House style with the innovations of the Chicago Craftsman, our brick bungalow is awaiting your stay. You'll enjoy the upper suite, with private entrance, two bedrooms, kitchen, and full bath. Newly redone porcelain marbled floors inspire luxury with each step, along with the new 'Article' sectional, 50" TV with streaming, 100% Cotton bedding and towels, a kitchen full of perks and appliances, and lush greenery to keep the air clean. The space Kitchen Perks: -Coffee Maker -French Press -Microwave -Soda Stream -Toaster -Pots n Pans (new) -Utensils . We stock the kitchen with a selection of Coffee & Tea, sugar, stevia, splenda, sugar in the raw, and creamer for guests to use. . The illuminated full bath's floor and shower are stone-lined, with a large mirror and bright vanity light. We offer 100% cotton Towels & Wash Cloths, with a variety of hotel soaps from our travels. In the shower we've included 'ALAFFIA' sustainable and eco-friendly body wash and shampoo & conditioner for all hair types. . In the sitting room you'll find entertainment tools! Full access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime video on the 50" 1080p 4khd TV. WIFI is included. . Plenty of closets in this space, one right inside the entrance, another LARGE cedar closet in the main space, and full closets and a dresser for each bedroom. . The master bedroom boasts a KING Tempurpedic mattress with hypoallergenic and waterproof cover (new), new pillows with waterproof and hypoallergenic covers (new), matching nightstands for your phone and water, a cozy loveseat, and a small television. . The second bedroom with QUEEN mattress also protected with a waterproof and hypoallergenic mattress cover (new), new pillows with waterproof/hypoallergenic covers (new), vintage vanity, small tv, and LARGE lounge chair for relaxing.. . There is a Sealy Posture-pedic Pillow Top Twin day bed available off the dining area, as an extra accommodation or just a different place to lounge. . Bedding is all 100% cotton and new. . The space is equipped with heat, air conditioning, and a dehumidifier. Humidifiers are available as well (just in case your body needs vary as much as ours!) Electric fireplace is also a heater! Turn it on with the heat off, enjoy the ambient light in the evening. . Private access to the back patio, including two heat lamps, an outdoor lounge area, and BBQ. Surround yourself by with ferns and flowers! Lushest in spring/summer, fun in fall, and pretty inaccessible in winter! . One guaranteed parking spot in the driveway, and plenty of on-street spots all around. Private entrance is accessible from the parking spot! . Guests enter using a key from a coded lockbox. You will not interact with us unless you want to or you need something! Privacy can be an important part of travel. We are here to facilitate a gorgeous stay, and are so happy to welcome you to Milwaukee. Other things to note Laundry Service is available - Scent/fragrance free available as well as Eco Wash and Dry sheets. Guests may schedule times to have their clothing laundered. We provide the laundry bags, you just fill them up! $10 per wash and can accommodate any garment cycle needs you have.
