Our other tenants are long-term and enjoy a quiet space. Entering the property you are in the living room with an adjacent kitchen. Here you will find a well stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, and cooking oils,. The main level also has a half bath. To access the bedrooms your will go up the historic staircase (narrower than average with some shorter steps). On the upper level are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. To access the bathroom one will need to go through one of the bedrooms. The view is city and also M Hill. The third bed is an adult-sized fold out cot that is located in the linen closet. Should you wish to use it you can set it up where are you are comfortable. There are additional sheets, towels and pillows available there in the linen closet. Guest access The entire apartment is yours alone. Other things to note No sidewalk from street parking so follow the solar lights up to the house.
