In the heart of green Tuscany, a quiet old farmhouse of 80 m², only 3 km from shops, the leisure center of Monclar-de-Quercy (beach, supervised swimming). Ideally located between Albi, Toulouse, Montauban, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Bruniquel, Puycelsi... 🌿 • Swimming, canoeing, hiking, biking, horseback riding • Cultural visits: castles, museums, classified villages • Gourmet strolls in local markets • Walks along the Canal du Midi The space 🏠 Our stone farmhouse, completely renovated in 2026, full of charm, very cool, can accommodate 4 people. (For more than 4, contact us) It consists of:     •    A friendly living room with a wood-burning stove.     •    A fully equipped kitchen     •    Two bedrooms with 140x200 double beds     •    One bathroom - separate WC Note: Possibility of 2 extra beds on the mezzanine (140 cm mattress) but too dangerous for children. 🌳 Outside:     •    A private shaded garden, with views of the village and the hillsides     •    Garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, and parasol     •    A small, securely fenced pond at the bottom of the garden     •    In the meadow: 2 ponies and 6 chickens to delight the little ones (and the grown-ups!) 👶 Family travel? We provide the following for free on request:     •    Baby cot, baby lounger, baby bath, high chair • Children's games Guest access 🔑 Flexibility of check-in/check-out: Hours are flexible depending on bookings before/after. Other things to note 🛏️ Practical info:     •    Linens and towels are not provided (rental possible at extra cost)     • Senseo coffee maker     •    No cleaning fee: we count on you to make the accommodation clean (broom, mop, emptied garbage cans) but if necessary the service can be added with an additional charge . Do not hesitate to inquire .   The TV is connected by wifi. If the network fails (which happens very rarely) the TV will not work. Our 3 cats sometimes love to pay a discreet little visit.
