It's located just behind the Lagos Marina area and within walking distance to the beach and town center. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 with a walk-in shower and one ensuite with a bath) and a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook up a feast! The living room has lots of natural light and a spacious sitting area and dining table. The large balcony comes with an outdoor dining table and lounge area and overlooks the communal garden with a swimming pool and Marina Village behind it. From the apartment, you walk to the Lagos Marina in 5 minutes, Meia Praia beach and Lagos town center in 15 minutes. There is a small local supermarket on the corner of the street and a large supermarket just down the road. There is a handful of small restaurants in the street towards the Lagos Marina and of course, the marina area and town center have a large selection of restaurants, shops and bars to visit. The apartment is available for two responsible couples. Please note that the apartment is located in a residential building and we have huge respect for our neighbors. Parties and (noise) disturbances are strictly not allowed at any time of day. Families with children must be aware that the apartment is not suitable for small children and doesn’t provide facilities for young kids. Guest access The apartment is all yours during your stay. The condominium has a shared garden with pool which is only accessible to those staying at the building.
