Located in the heart of the Armagnac vineyard at the top of a hill, the house and its swimming pool surrounded by fields and woods are quiet and not overlooked. Located 8 km from Eauze, 12 km from Nogaro (motor racing circuit), 30 km from Vic-Fezensac and its festivals. You can visit the villages of Fourcès, Larressingle, La Romieu, etc. Or... just rest your feet in the water. If you're looking for peace and nature… you won't be disappointed! The space The house consists of a large living room, a semi-enclosed kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom with wc, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. The south-facing living room and kitchen open to the outside and invite you to enjoy the terrace, pool and garden to share moments with family or friends. Pool: Minors will be under the responsibility of the adults (parents) mentioned in the rental agreement. Optional cleaning: €120 A wood burning stove is installed in the unit but its use is strictly prohibited without the owner's approval. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except the basement and dressing room. Other things to note Only the people mentioned during booking will be accepted. The accommodation is entrusted to you clean with all the comforts necessary to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please take the utmost care of it.
