There's a very warm, and personal feel to this uplifting and relaxing home. This condo is centrally located to North lake Tahoe. Easy access to all the ski resorts, and walking distance to the lake. The entire condo and private use deck. This whole condo is rented, so there is no interaction. Guests have the entire condo to themselves. The Lake Forest Glen condominium complex is in a meadow, and is very quiet, close to the lake, and away from it all... yet still close enough to walk to town. A car is recommended, but TART bus is also available 200 yards from the condo. There is also a walking/biking path 300 yards from the condo, that extends to Squaw Valley. URGENT NOTE: Due to health issues with the owner, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! This includes all forms of service animals. In other words, the owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to all pets, and will not allow any pets in the property!!!
