The space The house has two floors and a basement. The house is well suited for renting to a large family or group of friends who like it when it's familiar. The two small bedrooms are adjacent to the master bedroom. 4 bedrooms (one bedroom has no door but has a curtain for the door). A kitchen with dining area and wood stove, a TV room and a spacious living room with large dining area and fireplace. 1 toilet with shower and bathtub, 1 smaller toilet upstairs and extra shower and sauna in the basement. Front with large terrace with both dining area and furniture for coziness. The front and terrace face west and the evening sun. Small balcony upstairs. Guest access You who rent have access to the whole house as well as the garden and parking. Other things to note The accommodation is rented out for at least two nights. Guests are responsible for cleaning and making sure to leave the house in the condition they found it. Bed linen, towels and sheets are not included but are brought by the guests. Waste bins with source sorting are available next to the property and guests are responsible for ensuring that this works.
