Character house with lake view

Old house full of charm, overlooking Lake Aiguebelette. If you enjoy stone, wood, the sound of a stream and don't mind a few family photos on the walls, it might be for you! In winter: walks on the heights of the lake, skiing 45 minutes away and evenings by the fire. On sunny days: terraces, cool stone walls, and beach a 15-minute walk away. And at your disposal: swings, trampoline, ping pong table, piano and guitar... The space The house has five bedrooms, two of which are in a row. Each bedroom has a double bed (only 1m20 in one of the bedrooms, for which we count only one place). Please note that in one of the bedrooms, the bed is high and quite close to the ceiling beams (60 cm, to be precise; not recommended for large sizes, therefore; we may prefer the sofa bed in the living room); this room also includes a single bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other (adjacent to a bedroom) with a shower and toilet. Three toilets in all, two of which are adjoining to bedrooms. We therefore advertise 10 places, but can, on request, consider a little more if you are not afraid of being more numerous, counting the sofa bed in the living room and the mattresses to be arranged at your convenience. Outside: two terraces (+ one adjoining a bedroom) equipped with tables and umbrella, a barbecue, a brazier for starry nights, a swing and a trampoline at the bottom of the meadow.
