The space The house includes a large open floor plan for the living room, dining room, kitchen, and additional sitting area perfect for playing games. Two large owner’s suites, one per floor, offer the perfect retreat for couples. Both include king-size beds, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with separate showers and soaking tubs. Porches overlooking the lake are accessed from each room and include a porch swing and rocking chairs, perfect for early-morning coffee or a late-night glass of wine. A bunk room on the second floor offers space for 6 guests plus a game table and closet full of books and toys. The movie room on the first floor can be used as additional sleeping space and includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa and en-suite bathroom. If rainy days keep you from enjoying the lake, you and your guests can stay entertained with the pool table in the loft, movies on one of the 6 TVs, or play one of the many board games provided. A fully stocked kitchen is ready for any meal you would like to cook and dining tables are available inside and out. Five porches allow for plenty of lounging options outside the house and include porch swings, tables and chairs, and a Big Green Egg for grilling. The property itself offers stunning views of nature at every turn. Unique rock formations make your walk down to the swim deck feel like a walk through a National Park! Enjoy watching sunsets over the lake from one of the many decks along the walk or take a walk along one of several trails offered on the property. The swim deck includes a boat tie-up, a shaded area for lounging, and a LilyPad for floating in the water. At night, walk over to the fire pit deck that feels like you are floating above the water and enjoy making S’mores with the provided ingredients over the Breeo fire pit. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, outdoor space surrounding the house, hiking trails on the property, and swim dock all to yourself. The house is accessed via Smart Lock upon your arrival. Other things to note Baby-related items such as high chairs, baby gates, and a pack-n-play are available upon request. The pathway to the swim dock includes 144 steps. However, there are several areas to rest and enjoy the view along the way so that the journey is not too strenuous for our guests. The longest section without a rest spot is 65 steps. Walking sticks are available at the house for anyone who would like extra support.
