It offers 3 bedrooms (2 with 140 cm beds and a children's or roommate's room with 5 beds), 9 beds in all, a fully equipped and functional kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, kettle... You can enjoy its dining room adjoining a large, very bright and pleasant living room. In the bathroom, in addition to the shower, a corner bathtub awaits you for your moments of relaxation. A large covered terrace will make you want to have lunch outside in the sun and bask in the 4-seater Jacuzzi. On the edge of the forest, a large pleasant plot, planted with 3000 m2 surrounds this large house. In the center of the village, you can enjoy all kinds of activities at the leisure center such as canoeing, archery, tree climbing as well as an equestrian center and a municipal swimming pool nearby. For outings and visits, Bordeaux is 1 hour away, the ocean 40 minutes, the lakes 30 minutes, the Pyla dune 45 minutes. Biarritz and its beaches are 1 hour away and you can even travel to Spain in just 1 hour 30 minutes, you have a wide choice! All linens are provided (sheets, duvet covers and towels) but beds are not made. The cleaning fee (€80) is not included in the initial price. This allows each guest to choose to clean or pay for this option. If you do not take the cleaning package, the house must be left clean (dishes tidy, kitchen and bathroom cleaned, garbage can taken out, floors clean and sheets and duvet covers (without mattress covers) removed from the beds). Parties and noisy events that may disturb the neighborhood are not permitted.
