We are located on a quiet leafy residential street in the Annex neighbourhood. Our home is 5 minutes on foot from the subway and a short walk to Bloor Street, U. of T., Yorkville and the Royal Ontario Museum. The park at the corner has a public bike-share. The area has an abundance of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, grocery stores, and specialty food shops. The space The ensuite is about 450 square feet on the lower level of our home. It has its own separate side door entrance. The ceiling height is 6'11". If you are very tall you may find clearance an issue. There are two bulkheads One is at 6" and divides the space and one is at 5'11 in the alcove where the bed sits.
