License STR 20200044 The space It’s location is awesome being truly only steps to be in the water and sit up top to enjoy the amazing views from outside or inside the cottage, The cottage is renovated like the kitchen; is clean has high speed wifil,smart TV, while keeping the cottage beach feel with the original wood floors. The home surprises people as it is larger than the pictures make it out to be. It has 3 bedrooms/ It has a large master with separate bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is also larger than normal fitting two queen beds. The sunroom is very large with a eating and sitting area looking into the water and the kitchen is open concept to the living room and sunroom. It is a private beach area for the cottages in this beach community. It is a great place to enjoy; from swimming, playing in the water, fishing or just relaxing enjoying the views and vibe. A great waking and bike trail to explore The Fall is also amazing to stay. It is a special time of year to enjoy the getaway. Some guests use it has a place to stay for the Bills Games since we are close to the border as only about 30 mins to the stadium. Guest access Guests have full room access at the home other than one room that is used primarily for storage. Other things to note Ac units are in bedrooms seasonal from June to August. The Sunroom is a 3 season space as it is not heated. We try our best for the home and amenities to be excellent. Like the weather sometimes things can happen unexpectedly just like at your home if something decides to break. We may have to have a part order, etc. Therefore we do not provide a guarantee for all amenities. Please note the cottage is on the water and lake. There can be bugs depending on the time of year like mosiqutos, and such as well as spyders. We cannot guarantee know will get into the house especially if a door is left open etc. They like to go to light. It’s part of cottage life. Parties and loud music are NOT permitted based upon the Local short term rental rules and by the neighbours. Its zero tolerance for noise disturbances and such. Town Bylaw is monitoring this closely. It’s a great guiet beach area with families enjoying the lake and atmosphere. Please ensure no loud music, yelling, foul language etc that would bother the beach neighbours. Noise disturbances will result in termination and the requirement to leave. We do not want this. Outdoor wood bonfires are only permitted by town bylaw after 4pm to 11pm and if the wind is minimal and blowing towards the lake. To keep this simpler we have a propane fire pit since it is safer, we do not have to worry about the direction of the winds and does not cause any smoke issues with the neighbours. The fire must be supervised. The short term rental rules from the town of Fort Erie are posted in the house on the wall. Fireworks are not permitted by the Fort Erie bylaw Please note there is a ring video door bell at the front door and a camera at the outside of the house lake side that looks into the lake.
