Modern Self-catering Apartment - The Holt.

The Holt is a new and modern ground floor flat within the Coach House of Eastfield Lodge in Leyburn with views of Wensleydale. The Lodge is a large 8 bedroom Victorian house which accommodates groups. The Holt is ideal for a couple, or a couple with a young child wishing to have a spacious self-catering base in the Dales. The super-kingsize bed can be split in two to create a twin room. A child or one adult can sleep on the sofabed in the lounge. The market town of Leyburn is 300m away. The space The Holt has all modern amenties such as cooker, hob, microwave, WiFi, TV, and underfloor heating and has a parking space provided and there are a couple of EV Charging points available for a small charge. Up to two dogs are welcome and we charge £15 per dog per day. Just 300 m from the picturesque market square of Leyburn, the Holt is ideally situated for exploring one of England’s prettiest rural landscapes. From our doorstep, you can venture into the Yorkshire Dales National Park with numerous walking and cycling opportunities, a host of charming villages and places of interest. Guest access Self-check-in is by obtaining keys from a keysafe. Check-in instructions are sent prior to arrival via email. Other things to note 3 adult guests is a maximum capacity, two in the bedroom (superkingsize bed or 2 x twins) and one on the sofabed. It is important to contact us if you wish to bring your dogs as there are certain rules you need to agree to. We allow up to 2 dogs per apartment. We charge £15 per dog per day. If you wish to use the EV charging points a half-charge is £20 & full charge £30. We get a notification when you plug in but please let us know prior to using how you wish to pay.
