The space Casa Cascada is a contemporary house located in the picturesque seaside town of Todos Santos, a short a drive from Cabo San Lucas but a world apart. The architecturally designed home is situated 15 minutes north of town in the Las Tunas area. It features an open floor plan complimented by wide doors and windows which frame uninterrupted views of the Sierra Laguna Mountains to the East and the Pacific to the West. The house is surrounded by abundant desert landscaping and quiet terraces for easy indoor/outdoor living. Each of the bedrooms look over the arroyo to the south with its abundant bird life as well as the desert and sea to the east and west. Completed in early summer of 2010 Casa Cascada features one bedroom / one bath, living room/ dining room with fireplace and a well appointed kitchen with modern appliances. The large master bathroom has a separate tub and shower as well as a double sink. There is a private outdoor shower. A roof deck offers spectacular views of the surrounding desert and a good vantage point to observe sea life including migrating whales or to check surf conditions if you are so inclined. A world class surf break is 3 minutes by car and the beach, with its seasonal lagoon at the mouth of the arroyo, five to 10 minutes by foot. Whether you want to explore the historic town of Todos Santos with its wonderful variety of restaurants, renowned art galleries and yoga/meditation classes, or venture further afield into the mountains or to the Sea of Cortez Casa Cascada is an ideal place to come home to each day after your Baja adventures.
