Inside: sleeps 2 in a comfortable double bed (two more can be obtained using the sofa bed), bathroom with shower, kitchen available to guests, TV, heating and air conditioning. NO linen (only for a fee and upon request) Guest access FOR THE YEAR 2025 (AND SUBSEQUENT YEARS) THE SWIMMING POOL HAS A MANAGEMENT EXTERNAL TO THE CONDOMINIUM AND IS NOT GUARANTEED The swimming pool, IF AND WHEN accessible, is only accessible in summer, upon payment of a daily fee.
