OBX Coastal Condo Under Renovation Ready by 04/01

The property is undergoing upgrades. New photos will be posted soon! The renovations are to be complete by April 1, 2026. The kitchen is fully stocked for those stay at home meals. The living room has a small dining area, a sleeper sofa and leads to the deck, which overlooks the grassy common area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a reading area and a writing desk. A roll away bed and a pack and play are tucked away in the closet. Beach towels, chairs and beach toys provided. Fun awaits! The space We are in the heart of the Outer Banks. Our condo is centrally located to many unique attractions that include Jockey’s Ridge, Wright Brothers National Memorial and Jeannette’s Fishing Pier. Many local restaurants are within walking and biking distance from the condo. The best part, however, is that the beach is directly across the street, only 290 yards away! Guest access There are two shared pools with lounge chairs, charcoal grills and individual outdoor showers. There is also a large grassy area off the back of the condo perfect for cornhole and other outdoor games. Other things to note Kitchen dining and glass ware, silverware, cooking pots, dish washing soap, cleaning supplies, bathroom necessities and all linens will be provided. Nearby attractions include: Wright Brothers National Memorial, North Carolina Aquarium, The Lost Colony, H2OBX Waterpark, Jockey’s Ridge, Jennette’s Fishing Pier, YMCA, lighthouses, fishing piers, local eateries, fast food, grocers, shopping, golf courses, laser tag, putt putt, hiking, bike trails, water sports, parks, churches and the beach with the amazing Atlantic Ocean!
