Cottage on the Canal

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Take the peaceful path to the backside of this property and enjoy the beautiful canal view which leads to famous Lake Okeechobee. This cottage is freshly renovated with many special touches and amenities. Get cozy and dine in or cookout on the mini-grill by the canal. Enjoy some fishing, manatees, and soak up the beautiful sounds of nature in this peaceful setting. Cottage is close to shopping and restaurants. Relax in this adorable retreat. Other things to note We have 3 security cameras on site, all outside (driveway, pathway, and facing key lock box). This is an efficiency style room with a queen bed and a small kitchenette, but everything you need for a short stay. There is another home on the property, along with a small dog owned by the other tenants. The backyard space is shared, but the cottage has its own area for relaxing and grilling. Please see my guidebook for local restaurants or fishing guides. The space is cooled and heated with a new window AC/Heater located above the bed. It has its own remote control to allow you to control the temperature. The cottage is located in the Treasure Island neighborhood of Okeechobee. We are easily within 5-8 miles of numerous restaurants and shopping. We are on a canal with direct access to Lake Okeechobee. Please review the area prior to booking.
