This space sleeps 4 guests, it has 1 King sized bed and 1 queen sized pull out couch. Unit has a smart TV, WiFi, Key-less self check-in and a fully functional kitchen. Entire unit has air conditioning. The unit has accessible parking spots on site. The space This space is newly renovated with an open floor plan. *Unit 1 and Unit 2 DO NOT have French door direct access to the patio but you will still have access to the shared dock space. Please see all photos for exact unit layouts prior to booking. Stocked kitchen, linens, bathroom and a king memory foam mattress. Unfortunately due to theft, we can no longer provide guests with body soap, shampoo, conditioners, coffee, beach chairs or umbrellas. Please plan accordingly when booking. If you will have 3 or more guests, a queen pull-out sofa with extra pillows and linens is available. Extra pillows and linens are NOT available for guests with 2 people or fewer. If you use the extra linens and pillows in the container, you will be charged a $25 fee. *PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS ARE REPORTED DURING YOUR BOOKING OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 PER NIGHT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST THAT YOU FAIL TO REPORT This space is equipped with a smart TV and WiFi for your streaming needs. 1 free parking spot on site.
