We are powered 100% by solar* Experience tiny home living at "The Orchard" in Santa Clara, the heart of Silicon Valley. This private tiny home is big on amenities: microwave, cooktop, washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, complimentary drinks & snacks, wifi. Perfect for business travelers to Silicon Valley! We have two other units on our property: The Catalina tiny house and The Manzanita cottage. The space "The Orchard" tiny home is situated in a private lush area surrounded by fruit trees and fragrant gardenia flowers. Inside you'll find everything you need for a comfortable short or extended stay. Beneath the newly built first floor bedroom with a vaulted ceiling is a large smart TV with Roku which has access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more than 2000 movies streaming from our media server. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove-top, cookware, microwave, full-size refrigerator and sink. The laundry area has a washer and dryer and is located outside and adjacent to the tiny home (complimentary detergent provided for your convenience). The bathroom features a modern shower and blow dryer is available for your use. Additionally, there is a loft sleeping area which features a queen size gel-memory foam bed and has a sound machine for your sleeping comfort. The home is equipped with heating and AC. Coffee, tea, snacks and drinks are complimentary. Guest access Enjoy keyless access to the tiny home! No awkward key exchange necessary! Other things to note Now that travel has become more complicated, we understand that extra time is one of the most meaningful gifts we can give our guests; if you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible. Also, we do not charge a cleaning fee. 👍
