NOISE COMPLAINTS WILL RESULT IN BEING REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE ROOM WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO A CLAIM OR REFUND. Sharing the house with other people is very interesting. I've seen people talk, get to know each other, and even end up sharing phone numbers. That makes it a very pleasant experience. THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL THE NEW WAY TO TRAVEL WITH AIRBNB AND IT'S VERY POPULAR... However, sharing is not mandatory, you can have your privacy. They are Private Rooms EACH WITH A KEY IN THE DOOR. Our lodging has shared bathrooms, but don't worry about this SINCE WE ARE VERY STRICT ABOUT DAILY CLEANING, and OUR GUESTS RESPECT THIS A LOT. It's amazing how we've managed to get everyone to be very aware of cleanliness and to keep everything impeccable. The rules are very simple. 0) THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE FOR US IS SILENCE... SO THAT OUR GUESTS CAN SLEEP, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP COMPLETELY QUIET AFTER 10:00 PM. 1) Smoking is not allowed inside the house (There is a terrace outside for this) 2) Outside visitors who are not registered are not allowed. An additional fee be charged for bringing additional visitors to the guests. We reserve the right to remove violators of this rule without a refund. 3) We do not allow parties or loud sounds such as music. No noise at night. ESPECIALLY AFTER 10:00 PM 4) What is used in the kitchen must be left clean for the next guests. 5) Pets are not allowed unless they are dogs for the blind. 6) We provide medium-sized towels that can be changed once a week if necessary. We are a 2-minute walk from the train and it is super easy and fast to get to the center of Madrid by Renfe, which is the nearest Metro or train. In just 2 stations you arrive in 6 minutes at the Príncipe Pio Shopping Center, which is already the center of the city AND IT IS A SHOPPING CENTER WHERE THERE IS EVERYTHING…. Super central area. If you come by car, you can park in front of the house for about 10 cents per hour. Or also in a free public parking lot open 24 hours and that is only 200 meters away on foot. Our friends and guests find that everything is quite convenient for the prices we have... It ends up being an economical stay. You can enjoy downtown Madrid without the noise and without so many people and with much lower prices for your stay... We have blocked and reserved the dates you selected for 24 hours from now so that you have time to decide. Or maybe you've already booked. BATHROOMS ARE SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS.
