Charming quiet cottage in the heart of Aboyne

A charming detached one bedroom cottage in the heart of Aboyne, situated in a quiet, secluded garden. It has its own patio with open views to the south. It is minutes away from the local supermarket, pub and coffee shops. There are walking and cycling trails on the doorstep and easy access to the Cairngorm National Park. The cottage is ideally suited to a couple. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues, or wheelchair users. It is not suitable for infants/children. The space The cottage is situated at the bottom of the garden. There is wi-fi in the cottage. Bedroom - There is a double bed and a wardrobe with hanging and shelving space. Heating is by infrared panels. Living Room - There are a range of cupboards with hanging and shelving space and a dining space. There is a sofa and two cane chairs. Access to the patio is through the French doors in the lounge. There is a TV, and in addition to electric radiators there is a wood burning stove (wood supplied). Patio - There is a small patio area with a bench and table. There are views over the field and beyond. Kitchen - The kitchen is located off the lounge with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Heating is by infrared panels. Bathroom - The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Heating is by electric ladder towel rail. Corridor - There is a short narrow corridor at the entrance of the cottage with the bedroom, bathroom and living room off it. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage through our garden and to the patio area at the cottage. The parking area is not immediately beside the cottage. There is a short walk from the lane to the cottage. Parking is in the lane at the front of our garden for small/medium sized cars. Larger vehicles can park in the public parking space very near the house. This car park is currently free. Other things to note The cottage is not set up for babies or children. The cottage is no smoking and no candles. Guests can park in the lane in front of our house. For large vehicles there is parking ( currently free) in the Station Square very nearby.
