We're centrally located in Miami. 3 mins from MIA airport, 5 - 20 mins away from Wynwood, Sobe, Calle Ocho, Downtown, Brickell, Port of Miami, & Dolphin Mall. Your home away from home. Private entry. Unwind on a comfy queen bed w/ a TV, closet & amazing natural light. Cook up your favorite meal in our full kitchen (pots & pans included). Kick it in the living room or vibe outside in the patio. The space Uvita is an attached guest home that’s perfect for the single traveler or couple. On the outside, the Mission Style architecture is a staple of Miami’s culture and history. The house was built in the 1920’s and was rejuvenated with brand new windows and doors. On the inside, Uvita’s contemporary design pays homage to Miami’s unique DNA with its artwork and color palette. Guest access You will have access to the right side of the property with your own private entrance and patio. Please do not try and access the front door of the main house. You will be given a code 2 days prior to check-in. Please do not disturb the neighbors or the tenant in the main house. You will have onsite parking for one car. Other things to note The main bedroom in Uvita has an A/C split which can be controlled with a remote control. The room will be set to cool but can be changed to your liking once you arrive. If you sit outside on the patio and look up into the sky, you may see and hear planes landing at MIA. If needed, you can find mosquito repellent and repellent sticks with a lighter in the basket under the living room table. We supply sugar, creamer and coffee for your cup of joe in the morning. This unit is attached to the main house. The main house is occupied by a single person. Please do not bother the tenant in the main house. Free feel to call us with any concerns or questions.
