Luxury hideaway with hot tub & amazing views

Fantastic walks straight from the front door & the village (including 2 pubs!) within walking distance. Zip World & the Conwy coast all just a few minutes drive away. The space The designer kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment) & dishwasher. The living area includes a comfortable sofa for snuggling up on in front of the fabulous wood burner. After a long day of adventuring you can sink into the kingsize double bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen and feather down duvet. The ensuite features a double shower enclosure with Rainshower head, toilet, basin with storage & heated towel radiator. The hot tub gives guests the ultimate way to enjoy the fresh air in all seasons; winter mornings surrounded by snowfall, or a warm summers night with a glass of bubbly. The garden & patio area is private & enclosed. There is a freestanding charcoal barbeque and 2 loungers to relax & enjoy the views & sheep in the fields. The Bothy has underfloor heating (from an eco friendly ground source heat pump) so has a comfortable, stable temperature throughout the year. Guest access The Bothy forms part of Gelli Newydd which was a hill farm for many years & then recently restored & converted into 3 luxury holiday cottages. The Bothy is detached & is tucked away at the far end of the drive with privacy and the best of the amazing views across the valley. There is a communal log store for topping up your supplies and a bike store. This heated space is perfect for storing your bikes or other sporting equipment & has hanging space for jackets & wetsuits. Other things to note Electric Car Charging Point Despite being on the top of a hill, the Wi-fi is good - around 50 Mbs We accept infants (a cot and highchair are available on request) but no children I'm afraid. We accept one well behaved dog.
