The main floor private bdrm with a shared bath (with 1 other guest) & shared common areas (incl kitchen) in quiet home. Your room is furnished with a full bed, dresser, desk, chair, & closet. Linens provided. You'll love this quiet, welcoming community near downtown Baltimore, St Agnes, UMBC, CCBC & BWI, shopping & public bus. You can enjoy the deck, patio, BBQ, & yard. The space Your main floor room contains a full-size bed with linens, a dresser, desk and chair, and a closet plus you have 2 windows for natural light. You will share a bathroom with one other guest. Sorry, we are not 420-friendly due to allergies. Guest access Shared access to the living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and laundry area, yard and a large deck and gas grill. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself when you use common areas. During your stay I am available to socialize should the guest want to but I am not going to force that if it is not welcomed. There is usually one other guest in the house too. There are two rooms that I offer through AIRBNB and they share a bathroom. Other things to note We are conveniently located near I695, on the Paradise route for UMBC shuttle, Purple Line for MTA, and near the Halethorpe MARC station if you have a car or by bus to the West Baltimore MARC station. There are also walking trails nearby. We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac and there is parking in front of our home. The wifi is gig-speed Fios and this is a quiet home and neighborhood, in the event that you need to work from home. Sorry, we are not 420-friendly due to allergies. And, this room isn't really suitable for additional overnight guests.
