Our Dream Ranch Guest Home

Our Dream Ranch sits on 70 gorgeous acres with room to hike to the Colorado River that borders our property. Relax at the stocked fishing pond or have a fire in our firepit. Golfing right across the road. Activity Center within 2 miles. Ski Resorts 45 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful. You can bring horses for an additional fee of $20.00/horse/limit 2 horses. We have turn out available. The space You will be staying in our Rustic inspired home tastefully decorated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Rocky Mountains of Western Colorado. You will have the entire main level to your self, this is not shared. Enjoy three private bedrooms with a comfy king bed, a queen and full-size beds in the other rooms. Feel free to do your laundry in the Bath/laundry area. The Bathroom is a 3/4 bath with a shower. Our Spacious wide-open living room with comfortable seating and beautiful views is adjacent to the large dining area that seats six. Eat-in with our fully functional kitchen with all the amenities you can think of. Enjoy the cool evening air on the front lawn. All located on a private 70 acres oasis with private access to the Colorado River for your enjoyment and amazing sightseeing. Guest access We are located 1/2 mile off of I-70 at exit 75. Other things to note You are staying in the main level of the home. Your stay will be beautiful with amazing views and scenery. Terrific photo opportunities abound on the ranch and around the area.
