Spacious 2 Bedroom Apt with Stunning Views

Come enjoy a tranquil stay in our large walk out basement apt. with beautiful views of the valley. Our apt. has a private entrance, lots of natural light, high ceilings, 2 bedrooms separate from main living area, one bath, a very large kitchen and laundry room. Enjoy peaceful strolls as you look over the city or simply enjoy the views. Nearby attractions: * 3 miles from BYU * 1 mile from Riverwoods Shopping Center and AMC Theatres * 20 min drive to Sundance Resort *1 mile to Provo River Trail The space Our home is located on the north east bench in a quiet, secluded neighborhood in Provo near the mouth of Provo Canyon. A large kitchen, with all the essentials feels like home. Two separate bedrooms away from the main living area and kitchen facilitate privacy and quiet for some good rest or sleep while others may want to stay awake in the living area; separate enough so noise isn't an issue. We have a queen bed in one room with two closets and a Smart TV and two twin beds in the other bedroom also with a large closet and two desk spaces.. All mattresses are memory foam. There is also a separate laundry room . We provide detergent and dryer sheets. It couldn't feel more like home. The large living room has a 55" Smart TV Netflix included. A Pack n Play is in the main bedroom closet. As you can see there are some stairs down to the apartment. If mobility is an issue, let us know and we can arrange for parking in the driveway. You will wish you had lengthened your stay. **NOTE: We do live on a hill. In the winter/snowy months, you will need all-wheel or 4 wheel drive.snow plows come regularly. Guest access The basement apartment has it's own entrance and is separate from the main home. You will enter the home via a keycode which will be sent a couple days prior to your arrival. Other things to note Things to note: *If you enjoy taking walks with a view, just walking around the neighborhoods will give you an incredible experience. We never tire of it. *It's a basement (doesn't feel like one), so you may hear us a tiny bit at times, but we are quiet. *Accommodations are for paying guests only. Please, no hosting or entertaining those not on the reservation. **Early check-in request requires extra crew members; therefore, an early check-in fee of $15 will be incurred if more than an hour.
