A/C and Heat wall unit, no HVAC Being that this unit is located under another rental unit that sleeps 8, there is always potential for noise. We ask they be mindful of you and that you be mindful of them. These units do not connect. However, early check-in is not guaranteed, and we’re unable to provide a specific time in advance. ★ CHECK-OUT: By 10 AM To ensure the home is ready for the next guest, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs. Please note that our cleaners charge an infraction fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past 10 AM if they are required to wait for guests to depart. There are NO weather related refunds.
