Birdsong 10 is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo, the only 2 bedroom we have in the building. One kingsized bed and the other bedroom boast a full sized bed. The newly remodeled kitchen has full sized appliances. Newly remodeled bathroom.There are smart tv's in the living room and and bedrooms along with free wifi. This condo is located approximately 30 minutes from both Saint Pete/Clearwater Airport and Tampa International Airport. Port Tampa Bay Cruise Terminal is 30 minutes away also. The space The Birdsong - Unit 10, Welcome and enjoy! When your stay is over :  Towels and linens are provided, please leave them in the laundry basket. Please make sure all dishes and cooking ware are clean and put away. Please take trash out to dumpster located beside the guest laundry.  Turn thermostat to 77° and turn off all lights.  Make sure the unit is locked by pushing the lock button. A few tips and reminders: Chairs: There are beach chairs, mats and an umbrella that belong to the unit in the bedroom closet. Feel free to use them and return them. to the closet. Cleaning:  Please use Simple Green and a non abrasive sponge when cleaning the bathtub.  Please use cook top cleaner when cleaning the stove. Garbage:  There is no garbage disposal in sink.  The dumpster is located behind the laundry room, near the public beach access. Pets: No pets are permitted. Pool: As guests of the Birdsong, you may use the pool at the Suncoast Motel. Towels & Laundry:  There are extra towels, washcloths, and pillows in the bedroom closet.  There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is also a clothes line on the south side of the building.  Please do not use towels and blankets for the beach:  The TV in the living room has with cable and digital TV broadcasts with a remote.  Wi-Fi: Signal names: Passwords: are on a sheet inside the unit. A reminder: smoking is not permitted. There is a $200 fine for smoking inside the building. Please enjoy your stay. Thanks again for your business, Dussy
