The space The house offers: - 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has a bathtub - 2 small bedrooms with a shared bathroom - An equipped internal kitchen - A front yard and veranda - Car parking in front of the house - A secured gate and fence Please note that this Airbnb is located on a plot that has two separate properties completely independent from each other. Feel free to reach out with any questions concerning this. Guest access The plot has two different properties that are separated by a privacy screen. Each house has its own entrance for privacy. Casa Chiara guests have access to the largest house and are asked not to trespass into the other property. If there are any concerns or questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact the host. Other things to note 1. Due to timezone differences between the host and guests, emergency inquiries should be directed to the phone numbers below: - If you're a US citizen: 22-20-7318, or 79-938-841 - Police: 113 or 117 - Ambulance: 112 - Fire: 118 All other inquiries will be addressed as the host’s schedule permits. 2. We provide a water tank that can be used in the event of a water outage. For electricity outages, we have solar panels but guests will need to consult with Lionel, the house manager, on how to use them because their use is limited to light things such as charging phones and accessing lighting throughout the house. 3. We are currently trying to get WiFi through Starlink and will update this listing once it’s been installed. 4. Motorcycles and bikes are not allowed in the city of Bujumbura, so if you do not have a car at your disposal, you may use a taxi or a bus. Lionel, our house manager, can assist guests with access to taxis and buses. 5. Our TV comes with a Canal Plus set-top box. Upon arrival, our guests can buy their bundle of choice at Canal Plus to access their favorite channels. 6. The washer/dryer machine is currently out of order but let us know about your laundry needs and we will get you sorted out.
