Cozy historical house with spectacular lake-views

Think of morning swims in the lake, home cooked meals on the balcony with a stunning lake view, day-trips to Rome or to the beautiful national park surrounding the village, canoe or bike excursions, and walks by the lake with a tasty gelato. This typical Italian home (with AC for summer nights) is the perfect location for your couple or family holidays! I grew up in this village and hope you will equally feel at home in this hidden gem, in the heart of the historical center of Anguillara :) The space The house is on two floors, with wooden floors and a beautiful wooden ceiling upstairs. It's luminous, airy, and summery. All rooms have a lake-view (yes including from the bathtub), which makes this house quite unique! The bedroom and living room have AC units. The house includes: - two lake-view balconies (one annexed to the living room - with table and chairs - and one to the main bedroom - with a hammock for sunset views), - a well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machines, water boiler, toaster and much more (people which, like me, love cooking will find everything they need!), - a cozy living room with a fire-place (for winter months) and a dining area, - a master bedroom - an office - a bathroom, with washing machine and a bathtub / shower. The house is in the heart of the historical center and can be reached only by foot. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourselves!
