I grew up in this village and hope you will equally feel at home in this hidden gem, in the heart of the historical center of Anguillara :) The space The house is on two floors, with wooden floors and a beautiful wooden ceiling upstairs. It's luminous, airy, and summery. All rooms have a lake-view (yes including from the bathtub), which makes this house quite unique! The bedroom and living room have AC units. The house includes: - two lake-view balconies (one annexed to the living room - with table and chairs - and one to the main bedroom - with a hammock for sunset views), - a well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machines, water boiler, toaster and much more (people which, like me, love cooking will find everything they need!), - a cozy living room with a fire-place (for winter months) and a dining area, - a master bedroom - an office space, with desk, chair and a small sofa (it can also function as a room for small kids when not used as an office), - a bathroom, with washing machine and a bathtub / shower. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourselves! Enjoy :-) Other things to note The house is in a calm area of the village, with friendly neighbors!
