The space The unit is fully furnished with beautiful upgrades throughout the space, including panel sliding doors to give you the ultimate indoor/outdoor entertaining experience. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, a large comfy chair and ottoman to kick up your feet and relax in after a long day. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops, electric oven/stove combo, Microwave, refrigerator and all the cooking essentials needed to prepare/cook with. If you don't feel like cooking inside, then step out to the backyard where there is a fully equipped grill to BBQ or roast meats and veggies on. You will have shared access to a full laundry room with counter space, sink, cabinets for your supplies and side by side Premium LG front load washer and dryer. In the hall closet there are some additional items for the space, including Iron, Ironing board, fold down desk and chair you can use if you need a designated work space. This space was designed to transport you into a home away from home. I intended this space to be a place I myself would want to stay in. I hope you come and enjoy this amazing oasis I created. Guest access You will gain access to the guest unit with a keyless entry through the garage, where you can park a vehicle in if you choose to. The space is tucked in the back and has complete privacy. Other things to note This Luxury space is located in a great community in North Scottsdale. You are walking distance to the Fairmont Princess Resort, within reach of the brand new Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, Waste Management Open, Barrett Jackson, multiple golf courses, hospitals, easy access to the 101 freeway, and only a few miles from Scottsdale Airpark.
