This spacious 1-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 guests comfortably with its king size bed in the bedroom and double sofa bed in the living area. A gorgeous open plan kitchen and living area as well as a small bathroom and utility room are some of the apartments features to make this home the perfect stay. The space A private detached property in the popular Cotham area. Although deceiving from the outside, this unique conversion has a large and bright living area with high ceilings, a generous sized bedroom, small bathroom and a utility room. When you walk through the front door, on the right hand side is a utility room which has a washer dryer machine, iron & ironing board, portable fan, high chair, travel cot with mattress and cot sheet, vacuum and a mop. The bedroom has a king size bed, JVC TV, bedside tables with bedside lights, wardrobe space with drawers and a hairdryer. In the large open plan living area there is a corner sofa which opens out into a double bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, Smart TV, dining room table with bench seating and a full equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, 4 slice toaster, microwave, oven, electric hob with 4 cooking zones, kettle and dishwasher. Tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, towels for each guest, bath mat and a tea towel are provided. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire space. Other things to note If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this when possible. Strictly no smoking within the property please - additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
