Perfect for visiting Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale's Las Olas Beach. Close to the Hardrock Hotel and Hardrock Stadium. The space The master bedroom has 1 king size bed, Bedroom 2 has 1 full sized bed, Bedroom 3 has full sized bunk beds. The pool is heated, windows and doors have a pool alarm and safety locks. Pool floats and vest on property ! Pool slide, lounge chairs, mini golf, and a playground with 3 slides and 3 swings, newly added 2025 Jacuzzi!! Kitchen with cookware. Outdoor dining table. 2 Charcoal grills, and 1 gas grill. Free to use beach chairs and umbrellas. Washer and dryer. Hollywood Beach is a 15 min drive away (Margaritaville and the best boardwalk in all of Florida). Guitar shaped Hardrock Hotel and Casino is a 5 minute drive! It’s Tropical paradise. Host (Rubin) is local and can accommodate most request for family needs (extra cribs, highchairs, floats etc.). New toaster, drinking cups, and re-tiled bathroom , couch recliners fixed, and washer and dryer stabilized (all recent complaints left in reviews are always addressed and fixed). The main value you receive from this home is a heated pool with a slide and six thousand dollar playground. Higher nightly cost are usually because of high demand, you really cant find a backyard that is this fun for your little ones :) . I'm always upgrading - Outdoor kitchen planned for 2026! Guest access Whole house rental. 3/2 private - no ones else on property. Access via door code/phone app. Close to FLL airport. Large circular driveway parking for up to 6-7 vehicles. Other things to note No parties please. Very safe and quiet neighborhood very close to highways, major dining franchises, Hollywood Beach (Best Beach Boardwalk in all of Florida), Dolphin Stadium, Hardrock hotel and casino. Dania Beach pier (you can lunch/dine on the pier at the Quarterdeck restaurant!). Close to FFL airport. Good place for those wanting to visit both Miami and FT Lauderdale.
