Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the Sunset Cove on the property. Very close to all beaches, restaurants and 15 minutes to historic downtown. All beds are queen size and every bedroom has a walk in closet. All 3 bedrooms have smart flatscreen 4K TVs and there is also a TV in the dinette that is viewable from the kitchen. The TV has apps like Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube, You can log in using your account. There is a fire pit in the backyard for you to enjoy while looking at the ocean. We have several beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a Kayak for you to paddle around. There are swings and hammocks scattered all across the property. Very private and neighbors are far away. There is a canal that separates the property and makes it inaccessible from the neighbor on the right. Ample free open parking and no garage access. The kitchen, dinette, sunroom and the master bed have unobstructed ocean views. Beautiful mature palms adorn the property. Also we have a magnificent Magnolia tree and when in full bloom, the fragrance is mesmerizing. For security, the front yard and backyard is well light at night. The dining room has an electric fireplace to enhance your dining experience We would request you to reuse the bath towels whenever possible and please plug the towels in the washer and do a quick wash.
