Stylish 1-Bedroom B&B near Hampton Court Palace

We invite you to enjoy a stay in our stylish bed and breakfast, close to Hampton Court Palace, with direct trains in to London. A short river walk along the Thames will lead you to local shops, high-end pubs and restaurants of all cuisines. We live right next to a large park which is a great place to take a stroll or sit and chill. We think our place would be a great place to base yourselves, whether you want to explore the local area or head into the business of London for a show and dinner. The space Recently renovated and redecorated, our property boasts a large open-plan ground floor, with a seating area solely for your own use, as well as a brand new patio and relaxing outdoor seating area. The kitchen area features an island with bar seating, where we leave out a choice of breakfast for you to enjoy until 9:30am Upstairs is an elegant and light king bedroom with TV and an adjacent bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and shower. It is shared, but we try to use it well outside of times we would expect our guests to. Guest access Guests are able to use the outdoor and conservatory lounge areas, the breakfast bar in the morning, and of course their bedroom and both bathrooms. The downstairs conservatory lounge and garden is accessible until 9:30pm. During your stay We can be on hand to help you as much or as little as you’d like during your stay. We know most guests prefer to enjoy the space without too much fuss, so we keep it friendly but chilled. Any remote contact can be done easily via the app or text. Other things to note We request that shoes warn outside are taken off when inside the house. We have two dogs, Luna and Coco. They are calm and loving whippets who love to lounge around finding the sunniest corner of the house. They can get excited when you first arrive, but it dies down very quickly and they will keep themselves to themselves!
