This homestead offers a range of world-class amenities that are sure to make your stay unforgettable. Prepare a delicious meal using the Top-Of-The-Line GE microwave, oven, countertop stove, and stainless-steel refrigerator. I also provide a toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker, Air-Popper for popcorn, and blender. You may help yourself to any food, water, & soda found in the cupboards / fridge; however, I ask that you kindly clean up after yourself and treat the space with respect. Take it easy and kick back in the stylish living and dining room. Help yourself to the various selection of books, turn on the TV or connect to the Bluetooth speaker. Both TVs located in each room are smart TVs with various apps such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, voodoo, YouTube, etc. I also have a few card games/ puzzles available for your entertainment. Recharge in the luxurious bathroom, which features a top-of-the-line jacuzzi jetted tub with complimentary bath salts, his & her robes, and a smart TV for your entertainment. There's also a glass door shower with two shower heads and a giant vanity to tie it all together. I provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap. Unwind and relax with a restful night's sleep in a comforting and cozy bedroom. It comes complete with a TV, Xbox360 with a variety of games & DVDs. Unload your luggage and make use of the bedroom dresser and closet space. I provide high-speed and reliable Wi-Fi, and self-check-in is available. The Airbnb is somewhat handicap accessible; please inquire with questions before booking. Special accommodations are also available upon inquiry (anniversaries, birthdays, etc.). ***Brand new top of the line well (with fantastic water pressure) installed June 2025 ***Brand new waterfront deck and stairs access to water installed June 2025 During the summer months, take advantage of the boat launch at the end of the road with easy access for speedboats, pontoons, kayaks, jet skis, etc. to the Pond. I have kayaks available if you would like to use them and thoroughly enjoy the gorgeous water, and I provide two life jackets as well. About a mile down to the left, there is a sandbar perfect for standing around and having a drink, throwing a Frisbee, or just relaxing in the sun after kayaking to it. Guest access The guest has access to the entire house except my bedroom (which will be locked during the duration and entirety of the stay).
