This 2 bedroom home has everything you would need for a nice stay including a lovely screened in porch with your own porch swing. The entire home and porch and semi fenced yard is all yours to use. The space Cozy home with easy access to downtown Madisonville and I-69. Come and go through the gate and the back door. BACK DOOR GUESTS ARE BEST! Guest access The house and yard is solely yours. There is a Newer pickle ball court and playground very close by. Nice flat area to walk your dog or take a stroll. Other things to note This is an older home. It is clean and in good shape but not remodeled. Has everything you need for a quite stay. TV's are smart TV's
