The house is centrally located and has 3 bedrooms and a large living room with fireplace and dining room. 3 double beds, one 180 cm, one 160 cm, one 140 cm. 2 balconies with sun most of the day. The space The kitchen is completely renovated and in top condition and fully equipped with the usual amenities. The bathroom is also new and has both shower and bathtub as well as a changing table. Feel free to use the fireplace in the living room. On the two balconies, it is sunny most of the day. There are toys and children's books. A family-friendly place to stay, simply! Guest access In the basement, a long-term tenant lives with a private entrance from the back. It is also the tenant who has access to the balcony. But there are locks between the different floors. Other things to note We don't allow any partying in the house. Both for the sake of our tenant in the basement and our neighbors. We care about them and know it can be quite sensitive. So if you want to drink alcohol and listen to loud music, you can do it out in the city.
