This beautiful home with fantastic ocean views is in a prime location in Oceanside with a short 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The main house has four large bedrooms with queen beds, one with an additional twin bed. There are many recent updates and remodeled bathrooms. You can add the Guest Quarters to your reservation for an additional fee, it has one bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a fold out queen bed. Rental rates for the Guest Quarters are $100 a night, $45 cleaning fee and lodging tax. There are hardwood floors throughout the unit. The guest quarters is located on the lowest level of the house and has a large deck. It is accessed by an outdoor stairway. Both kitchens are fully equipped and both units have outdoor gas grills. and porch swings. The units can be rented together or separately, each has its own private entrance.
