The Nautical Place is a 3-bedroom home with 2-bathrooms. This home sleeps 4 or 6 (1 couple in the master suite's queen bed; 1 couple in the 2nd queen bed; 2 twins) Our home is a quiet place to relax that has uniquely organized closets, all paid utilities, fully functional kitchen, in-unit laundry, and WiFi access. This is a Non-Smoking zone. Smoke alarms are operational. Security monitoring is active 24-7. This home is child friendly with security cabinets. Sorry! Pets are NO LONGER welcome. Hangers, drawers, and shelves for storage. Active water softening system. Guests of The Nautical Place will have full access to the private Unit A, the shared gym, the shared back yard, 2-covered parking spaces, and 2-uncovered parking spaces. This location is self-serve. However, if there is any inquiry or urgent matter; feel free to reach out via messaging. Please call 9-1-1 for emergencies. Check out the UFO Xpo in Roswell from March 10-12; the Artesia Main Event Car Show on Apr 01; the Alien UFO Festival from Jun 30-Jul 02; or see the Caverns and wild animal zoo in Carlsbad any time. Then, come home to quiet and friendly neighbors that make this place feel safe. The children's park is only a few blocks away and the running/walking trail offers a safe and scenic route. Use the fitness center at your own risk. Completing this reservation is an automatic acceptance of liability waiver in case of injury caused during use of the facility. Trash should be removed and placed in (one of two) large community garbage containers behind the property gate. Be cautious with flames and weather when using the grill(s) and patio furniture. Please use designated containers to discard cigarette butts: Not the ground. Do not flush wipes ("flushable" or non) or other hygiene items in toilets. Plumbing fees will be assessed up to $700 should violation of this rule be observed within 3-months of guests check-out. Do not share your lock and/or security codes with others. Respect the neighboring guests who share the gym, parking, and back yard. Pets are NO LONGER welcome due to former experiences. Any evidence (video, witness, findings) of pets during a guest's stay will result in a $500 charge to the form of payment used for the reservation. Enjoy the nautical feel of our cozy home!
