If check in is after 8pm we have an additional $50 late check in charge due before arrival. * Unfortunately we do not offer early check-in or late check-out (unless explicitly agreed) we usually have guests before and after you and the apartment has to be ready and properly cleaned. • Garbage – Trash chute is located next to units that end with 01 (1601,1701,1801…). Trash is to be disposed of properly. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not left unattended in front of door or in stairwell. • Smoking – Cigarette butts are not to be thrown off the balcony. • Noise complaints – Parties are not allowed in the unit, this is a residential building. The maximum of occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom. There should be NO loud or unusual noises after 11pm or before 7am. • Food Deliveries – Food deliveries are not allowed in the lobby. All food deliveries are to be picked up on the ground level with security or will be sent up to the unit. Name for delivery must be the same name as the one on the reservation. • Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly.
