My home is located in one of the sunnier sides of SF, a cozy home built in the 1940's Small studio like space. You enter through the garage door. The private apartment includes a queen bed in the main area and bunk beds in a small room. The entrance is private so guests can come in & out as they please. The space is small & cozy with all the amenities you need. A designated parking space for 1 car only in driveway. Your well behaved pet is welcomed for an additional charge. The space Spacious and cozy. Clean bed sheets. Family friendly. Fridge in the garage for you to stock up and use. Main room measures about 10x14 and small adjacent room is 6x8. In the small room you will find the bunk beds. Extra space in Garage to hang out. Beautiful sunny garden Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, garage and yard. There is a dog run in the yard you can use should you decide to leave Fido for a day on the town Other things to note Space is located in the bottom half of the home. Please read our rules carefully and follow them. There is an extra charge for pets, please make sure to include in your reservation. The apartment is located in through the garage doors. We do have personal items because it is our home after all. We live upstairs and check cameras regularly. Please no smoking in-front of the home and no loud noises after 10pm.
