OUR unit boasts it’s prime location first and foremost. With Mall of Asia Complex and a transportation hub just a mere 8 minute walk, guests can practically access lots of places. Unit is clean and cozy, giving you the comfort you need from a place away from home. We will cover all your basic necessities, from toiletries to clean linens to your cooking utensils. Shore Residences is situated at the corner of Seaside Boulevard and Sunrise Drive within the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City. Check-In and Checkout Times: • Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 P.M. • Standard Checkout Time: 11:00 A.M. Child Policies: • Children of all ages are welcome. • We strictly enforce a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (adults and children combined) per unit, per booking. The declared occupancy in your booking voucher will be adhered to. Incidental Deposit: • An incidental deposit of Php 3,000 is collected upon check-in. • This deposit is fully refundable during checkout if not utilized and is subject to an accommodation damage inspection. • Smoking is prohibited in the entire building, with a penalty of Php 3,000 for violations. • Pets are not allowed, and violation incurs a penalty of Php 5,000. • Paid parking is available nearby and on the premises; however, availability is not guaranteed and is at your own risk. Swimming Pool: • Pool usage comes with additional charges: • Regular days: Php 150 per person per day. • Holidays: Php 300 per person per day. Guest access Please send all guest valid ids not expired and clear copy ( passport for foreigner ) for us to process your check in pass. Please always indicate your booking number and booker name.We would like also to ask for your contact numbers and email address for smooth check in. Please coordinate with us if what time you will check in. Upon your arrival, a dedicated staff member will be present in the lobby to assist you with a smooth and efficient check-in process. Please take note that our admin is closed every Saturday and Sunday we need to process the parking pass ahead. No pass no entry in our private building parking.
