The apartment, where we live during the rest of the year, is located in a pedestrian street, a 5-minute walk away from the unique and typical neighborhood of village Jourdain. Line 11 (subway stop Jourdain) will take you to some of Paris' liveliest spots (about 10 min. to République, Châtelet, Hôtel de Ville). You will find (organic) grocery stores, bakeries, greengrocer's right down our street. Walk about 10 minutes to Buttes Chaumont and Belleville parks, with their stunning view of Paris. The space Our apartment is on the 5th floor (with an elevator) of a typical parisian building (Haussmanien). It includes a living room with a balcony (southern exposure / can fit 2 people), an open kitchen (table for 4, dishwasher, washing machine), a bathroom (shower), a separate toilet room, a first bedroom with a very good quality and comfortable sofa bed (this room also has a desk), and a second bedroom with a king size bed.
