Located just 5 miles from downtown and the track, this 4 bedroom home is a perfect place for a group or family. The space This 2,000 square foot, 4 bedroom house has plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full size beds. Upstairs has a newly renovated bath with shower and deep soaking tub. Please note that while our house has plenty of room for 8, there is only one shower. The 4th bedroom is currently set up with the crib pictured in the photos. We can replace the crib with the pictured double bed as needed. Please let us know which you’d prefer! This is our full time home, so the house is fitted with anything you may need! The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a smart TV which streams Netflix, Hulu and more. Fresh towels, linens, etc. are provided for each guest. Washer, dryer and dishwasher are available for guests.The driveway has room for 4 cars. Please reach out if you have any questions! **Disclaimer: we do have 2 dogs that live in the house with us. We are keeping them out of this house for the summer while we rent and will take extra measures to ensure our home is clean and fur-free! Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage. Guests can also enjoy the large, fenced in backyard. You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen/living area along with the laundry and linen closet.
