August Availability, Cosy Cornish Cottage nr Fowey

☀️ One week still available this August! Stay in our cosy cottage in historic, beautiful Lostwithiel. Wander across the medieval bridge into town to discover wonderful antique shops, artists’ studios, independent shops, cafés and cosy pubs. With beautiful countryside on your doorstep and Fowey and Cornwall’s stunning beaches nearby, it’s the perfect last-minute summer escape. * Late checkout where possible * * Early check-in where possible * The space Ground Floor Step into the galley kitchen, fully equipped with a new single oven and all the essentials needed to prepare homely meals. The open-plan dining and sitting room features a farmhouse table that seats 6–8, perfect for family meals or evening games. Relax in the sitting area with a sofa and armchair positioned around a log burner, complemented by antique furniture and contemporary artwork. The bathroom, located at the back of the house, includes a bath with an overhead shower. Just to note the bathroom is perfectly functional, it is our next project to be renovated. First Floor Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. The main bedroom at the rear offers a king-size bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the third contains one single bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Please note we also have a mattress if needed for anymore guests. Outdoor Spaces Enjoy the sunny courtyard just outside the back door, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. A few steps away, a separate stone garden awaits, complete with a shed. This tranquil space is ideal for unwinding with a gin and tonic on a summer evening! Guest access Access to all areas but NOT the side gate entrance. Our reason for this is both neighbours are full-time residents to Lostwithiel and we wish to respect their privacy. Remember the main outside space is a few steps from the property. Early check in’s and late departures when we can make this possible. Other things to note Extra chairs and extension for the table are in the cupboard under the stairs. Outside chairs are stored in the shed. Like a lot of Cornwall there is no dedicated parking. Parking is available on the street on a first come first served basis. No smoking, one small well behaved dog is welcome.
